I always fly business class or first now. Last month I flew back from Thailand with one stopover in Tokyo. I flew in First class from BKK-NRT and once we arrived in Tokyo seven of us were informed they had overbooked business class so we had to go to economy plus. Talk about a shock. I’ve flown economy before but never right after leaving first class. lol
