I’ve NEVER had any safety issues here and I frequently roam around alone in the tourist area and the poor side, never been anything but respectful to me.

The name of the ice rink is Pista DE Juarez. They event on the ice during holidays like figure skating and hockey games. The public can be on the ice for 3 dollars.
