I love that this ‘addiction’ to travel has been in the family for so long. Luckily it’s one of the few ones we have that is actually good for you!
(Oh, and such a cute final line) 🙂

I wish I had that opportunity for travel and your experiences as a child. We lived in the province and for me, the highlight of the year is going to the city to stay with relatives during Christmas and New Year.

There was also the occasional school field trip which I always looked forward to. Now, I am addicted to dreaming of travel. My goal in life is to make it a reality.

Of course he brought us during the winter and it was cold as hell, but I remember it was beautiful. The tree branches near the falls where covered in ice and they looked like crystals. I remember how the branches would creak and clink when the wind blew. But that was the farthest we ever traveled.
When I was five the doctors thought I had leukemia but it turned out to be something else that mimicked it. My pediatrician recommended that my parents should bring me to the seashore because this would help me get better faster the sea air. So, my father rented a cottage by the shore and we went there until I was 17. So, no travel but a place to go for the whole summer and it was awesome; hence my love for the ocean.
I got addicted to travel many years later when I went backpacking for five weeks in Europe. I was hooked, much like CIGARETTES, but the smoking of course is a lot more unhealthy for me. (be quiet) LOL So, we all have some sort of addiction if you really think about it; but travel is like no other addiction out there. I just want to keep going and it’s one habit I don’t ever want to kick… 🙂

Well to be honest it is hard not to be addicted to Cheesecake of any flavor.

Well it is one of the better addictions to have, isn’t it?
